Jess Lipkin

Jess holds a master's of public health degree from Drexel University and a bachelor's in psychology and criminal justice from the University of Delaware. Before joining HU, she spent 6 years doing substance use research at PHMC. Jess is also the cofounder and president of PA DanceSafe, a nonprofit organization that promotes health and safety in the nightlife community. She is passionate about harm reduction and is an advocate for evidence-based drug policy and education. She lives in Philadelphia with her partner and 2 cats, and loves going to music festivals and concerts.

Torie Pappas

Torie holds a BA in English and a master of education degree. With experience in meeting people where they are, and a passion for helping others, Torie is very excited to continue to spread education and awareness about different conditions and help to grow and develop communities at Health Union.
