Let's Have a Heart-to-Heart for National Heart Month!

February is National Heart Month, and Heart Failure Awareness Week is February 12 to 18. This year we want to bring awareness to the importance of connection and emotional support for those living with heart failure and caring for folks with heart failure.

Living with a chronic condition can be overwhelming, but having connections can make a big difference in managing it and improving mental health. Having a support system of friends and family who understand what you are going through can provide a sense of camaraderie and validation.

We want to encourage you to reach out to someone you care about to have a heart-to-heart about the realities of living with heart failure. If you don't have anyone to reach out to, our online community has many ways to connect with others affected by heart failure and is a wonderful source of support. By sharing, we can spread awareness of this condition and feel less alone!
