Happy 1-year anniversary to our community! Heart-Failure.net launched in January 2020, and it has been an amazing ride. None of this would be possible without each and every one of you – THANK YOU! We so are excited to feature this article during Heart Failure Awareness Week and cannot wait for what is to come.

Our community

Our community was created to foster a safe space for people living with and impacted by heart failure. We know that managing heart failure is hard work. We are here to support you on this path, whether you are newly diagnosed, a caregiver of a loved one, or someone who has been at this for more than 10 years.
