    I understand this feeling 100%. It can be so challenging to convince yourself that it could help to change that routine. What about something small like scrapbooking, or some kind of handwork? Do you have any interests that extend to being done in the home?

    do you have the capability to go for a short walk at all? Even just around the garden?
