Arrhythmia Causing Me Panic

My life with heart failure has been a bumpy road. Every time I get an arrhythmia I panic. My heart corrects itself but I'm scared of death and sudden cardiac death about every time. I need to talk to the counselor I guess. My dad who had heart failure 3 years fell over and died. I've had it for 6 years and only go to the doctor once a year. Arrhythmias and coughing salt are my symptoms. I have to shape myself and cut salt more. I haven't exercised as well for the last 2 years. That might be why. Didn't used to have arrhythmias. No afib thus far.
