Athletic Adventurer
I was extremely athletic all my life. With congestive heart failure at age 70, I can barely walk from one room in my house to another. I can't do most chores and those I can do, I have to severely limit my time. I can't always get ready to go out, because a shower and dressing are too exhausting. I consider myself an "oldie-goldie" but am having a hard time convincing myself that I am not my younger self anymore.
