AFib, High Blood Pressure, and Asthma Catching up With Me
I am in a constant state of aFib have high blood pressure (controlled by meds) and asthma. Have not let it slow me down until recently. Now fatigue and shortness of breath is an issue, also feeling very weak. I was doing great until I hit 66 now having a very hard time losing weight that came on very fast. Still positive, but looking forward to sharing ideas of how to not just cope but keep moving forward and not let this slow me down.
