Fitness Junkie

Ran my first half marathon at the age of 48, worked out 5 times a week working a different body part each day, also had a personal trainer push me harder increasing weights. I developed a nagging cough with no progress, ended up seeing a doctor, whom sent me with EKG to the emergency room, all went downhill from that. Ouch, quadruple bypass, and 3 yrs later a pacemaker and defibrillator. So its a good thing being in good physical shape gave me the strength to keep on going to the gym.
