My End of Life Preparation

I have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). I got diagnosed five years ago and only recently developed congestive heart failure (CHF) and COPD. They gave me a five-year termination date, and I'm currently in the fifth.

I started my end-of-life preparation one year ago which includes funeral arrangements, a will, an autobiography of my life (before my memory fails), personal hand written letters, and a video to my grandkids so they'll remember my voice and my corny jokes.

I also included a picture to my family of my angel standing next to me in emergency room on several trips. My angel was there to give me strength and hope. It is something to remind them they are loved by God and I loved them.
