Eating Less Meat

I stopped eating red meat about five years ago. I gave up beef first, then slowly gave up pork. Bacon was difficult to give up because it smelled delicious, but I began thinking of food as fuel for better overall health. I occasionally eat poultry. I consider myself a pescatarian (seafood). When I think of food as fuel, I want the most efficient and nutritious foods. I do have treats from time to time. I don't beat myself up if I indulge.
