My heart doctor left. I have a new one that did not show up for my appointment, but the physician's assistant did and was no help. She couldn’t find where I was diagnosed. My family doctor said that my heart doctor sent my records and that I have hypotensive heart disease with heart failure. I was not told until I received an appointment with another heart doctor. I have no care--nothing!
