Scared

Hello. I am new here. I am just 48 and was recently told I have mild regurgitation in my pulmonic valve, tricuspid valve, and mitral valve. I have never had hypertension but I am anemic and on a blood thinner. I have read these things can lead to HF?? Is this true?

I was also told because they are only mild that it should not cause symptoms. I have heart palpitations and shortness of breath all on exertion. Sometimes when I roll over in bed as well. I have seen 2 cardiologists and both say my heart function is normal and that I have nothing to worry about. Can an echocardiogram detect HF???
