Diagnosed With CHF in April 2021

I had an MI 2 in April which is basically my heart not getting enough blood pumping but no blockages (I have 2 stents). When I went to the doctor for a post-hospital check-up he said I have CHF but may have been caused by “stunning” and may resolve. Got a new echo but EF was only 30% so it didn’t resolve.

I’ve read what to expect but honestly didn’t know I would be so short of breath so soon. Having trouble dealing with this huge life change.
