Tachycardia

For a number of years I have suffered from tachycardia, and on a few occasions, bradycardia. I am the unfortunate person who feels every heartbeat, 💓 and I am very aware of how disturbing it can be.

In October 2021, it was confirmed that I have congestive heart failure. Being 85 years old, this did not surprise me. However, I was extremely surprised that it took this length of time (some nine years) to confirm the diagnosis. In February 2022 a pacemaker was inserted, which has certainly controlled my heartbeat, and thank goodness, I obviously made the right decision of having this done.
