It's all about one's attitude, and yes! it can be done. Walkthrough the doors of any gym and challenge yourself. One step at a time. Always check with your cardiologist first before starting a gym workout. I am a survivor of a quadruple bypass in 2007 and to this day still going to the gym 6 days a week and 1 of those days is 90 mins of cardio. The challenge for me is proving the physicians wrong and that I can do it, not to mention showing both those old and young ones I, too, can do it if not even better than they can.
