I am a survivor of a quadruple bypass in 2007, and to this day, I am still going to the gym six days a week. One of those days is 90 minutes of cardio. The challenge for me is proving the physicians wrong that I can do it. Not to mention, showing both those old and young ones I, too, can do it if not even better than they can.
