HF and CKD stage 23

I was diagnosed in July of this year with heart failure and a low ejection fraction rate of 20%. I was prescribed all the diuretics and heart medications. I had an echocardiogram done about six weeks ago and my ejection fraction came up to 30%, which is still low.

In the meantime, I developed chronic kidney disease which goes hand in hand with heart failure. It is all overwhelming. Thankfully, I'm not having any symptoms of heart failure. I am working on getting some kind of ICD. My main problem is that I can't get any communication from the cardiac nurse, and the cardiologist doesn't seem to care. No response from him either.

Is anyone having these problems? I hate to have to change doctors, but I can't handle any more of this. I need to find someone that I can depend on.
