Heart story

Aortic valve replaced 4 years ago. Successful but have had problems managing. Cause was endocarditis. A-fib has been an issue. In need of advice regarding meds and the best way to manage including all factors. Have had 2 cardioversions both lasted less than 1 year. Would like a conversation regarding how to best treat this illness.
