7 years ago I was diagnosed with CAD, multiple blockages, unable to stent, put on meds. Since then I've hiked 48- 4,000' mountains in NH, 20 mountains in Vt, hiked Blue Ridge, Shenandoah, Smoky mountains. Hiked the GC and all 5 NP's in Utah. All this time no chest pain but always shortness of breath. My new tests this week showed 75% proximal Circumflex - 70% Camus intermedium branch - 75% mid LAD. Surgery consult coming up next week. Anyone else feel very strong, never had a stroke or heart attack but know they're going to recommend CABG. They said the blockages have gotten " worse " than previous tests.
