Farxiga plus Spiranolactone to help LVF?
Hi Was wondering if anyone's doc suggested this combination along with Entresto for left ventricular function. It is supposed to help patients with decreased EF remain stable. My doc suggested it at my last visit but I was hesitant being this is a diabetic medicine.
I am on all three. I have had no problems. I would ask your doctor to explain how the farxiga works to help your heart.
