fluid pills
My doctor took me off of fluid pills because I was dehydrated. Now, I only take a pill if my legs swells. My legs dont swell as long as I dont sit too long in front of the computer. I also prop them up to keep them from swelling.
so far, that's one pill gone

I am not out of the woods and still have HF and bad headache. It's due to not enough oxygen getting to my brain. That is very bad

I hear you about not being out of the woods -- although it appears you are taking positive steps in the right direction. I see it has been several days since you posted your comment here.
