What is your self-care routine?

What forms of self-care do you participate in? How have they helped you in your heart failure journey?

  1. The most important thing that I have included in my self-care routine is that I start my day with Yoga or meditation and trust me it keeps me fresh the whole day despite being the hectic routine.

  2. I tend to practice at home. Going to the studio and then coming back again consumes a lot of time.

    1. I feel the same way, it's a waste of time that I don't have to spare. Additionally, the drive to a studio is an additional barrier to getting a workout in. Thanks for sharing! -Lauren (Team member)
