Since 2018 -DCM-EF 35%-2021 - LBBB - wide QRS - intaventricular dysnchrony- CRT proposed- proceedure failed since the third lead to pace the LV, couldn’t be captured accurately pursuant to an obstruction in the coronary sinus despite angioplasty, balloon & stent therapy. Dual lead pacemaker implanted pacing the right atria and right ventricle leaving LV to be managed by uptitrating carvidelol. Life goes on with UPS & DOWNS. Will it be appropriate to be contended with the present position or if otherwise please
