Mental Health & Heart Failure

Dealing with heart failure has taken a toll on my mental health too. How do you all manage stress, anxiety, or depression alongside your condition? Any tips or routines that help?

    1. I agree that managing both heart failure and mental health can be challenging. For me, finding a support system has been crucial. Whether it’s talking to family or connecting with others in forums like this, sharing experiences helps lighten the load.

      I also try to incorporate relaxation techniques, like deep breathing or mindfulness exercises, into my daily routine. It’s not a cure-all, but it does help me manage stress. I’d love to hear what others do as well!
