Side effects from medication

I have been diagnosed with left sided heart failure. I'm currently awaiting a cardiac mri. At the moment I am on a betablocker,diruetics and heart tablet. The problem is I have extreme nausea and sometimes vomiting. Could this be a side effect of meds.

Sorry about your diagnosis and that you are experiencing "nausea and sometimes vomiting." As you may know, we cannot diagnose or offer treatment advice over the Internet, for your own safety of course.
That said, I do have a response to your inquiry. At any time when you have concerns like this, it is best to contact your doctor who knows you best. Also, if you think that a symptom is being caused by a new medicine, it is best to stop taking that medicine and call your doctor ASAP. Your doctor should be able to advise you whether to continue taking that medicine, stop taking it altogether, or whether there is another option worthy of trying for you to help you feel better.
