Silent heart attacks

What are your thoughts after having one? Do you panic when you can't feel your heart beat or when it beats too fast ? I do and I feel like I'm just waiting to die .

  1. I've been worrying constantly about my ticker and unfortunately had a heart attack last Friday, recovering now,

    2. I was a commercial pilot (single pilot aircraft) carrying passengers and had a silent heart attack back in 2005. Just felt sweaty and kind of dizzy for a few seconds and never gave it another thought UNTIL I saw my cardiologist where I found that the lower part of my LV was extremely damaged. As you may guess that was the end of my flying days.
