Struggling With the News that I Have Mild to Moderate Coronary Artery Disease

I found out after having a CT angiogram that I have mild to moderate coronary artery disease with a 50% blockage in my left arterial (the main stem, I think that it is what it is called). My calcium score was high. It’s like time has stood still since the day I found out. Does this mean the end?

Doctors want to do more testing including a stress test and MRI. I've just been told to stay on the statins and change my lifestyle, and they will reassess it again after further testing.
