      1. Best ways to defeat the anxiety is through relaxation. yes, it can be done through meditation, exercising, going for a small walk, spending time with family. If you have intense anxiety, try to consult a medical professional for help.

        1. Great suggestions. I particularly favor walking, a simple but powerful form of exercise. Just being outside and paying attention to what's around me sooths anxiety. The natural world is a great healer!
