Entresto and Joint Pain
I was on Entresto 24/26 for two weeks before going onto 49/51 for the
last two months. I am experiencing joint pain and was wondering if
anyone else has had this problem. I have other side-effects which I
tolerate. I am worried it I go onto 97/103 things will get worse.

Thank you for your post. Sorry that you are experiencing this side effect to Entresto. It will certainly be neat to hear from community members who have had a similar experience. And I am not an expert on Entresto, so I cannot talk from my experience. Although, as a person in the medical field, I can say that most experts recommend that if you think you are experiencing a side effect to a medicine, that you should call your doctor right away. Your doctor will be able to tell you what you should do moving forward .What do you think? John. heart-failure.net community moderator. Good morning this Roger Nimer again. Everyone’s experience is different and I have used Entresto for years. I started on the lowest amount to the middle strength to the highest. Then back down to the middle then to the lowest again. My blood pressure had become extremely low but two out my three cardiologist didn’t want me to cut back. My oldest doctor , in years using him had me cut to a half of tablet at night and my blood pressure improved. Again everyone is different so I am not suggesting to change anything without your doctors order! Good luck!

Thanks for your reply and advice. Perhaps someone who has been through the Entresto treatment and elevated to the 97/103 dose will respond.
