congestive heart failure, A-Fib and pulmonary hypertension

Hello. New here and I was wondering if anyone has all of these same diagnoses? I just found out last week that my mother all of these. She is 86 going on 87 next month. I'm just curious how anyone handles these illnesses. What positive things can I say to help or suggestions to keep her a little more positive?
