Heart with one lung

What happens to the heart 50 years after the entire left lung was removed? I am now 68.

  1. Thanks for sharing . I hope someone from the community who has had this happen to them will be able to share their insight. How are you feeling right now? ❤️ Best, Amani (Heart-Failure.net team)

    1. That's a great question. I would think someone is happy to still be living 50 years without the left lung. If the heart isn't working properly, maybe other interventions can help even without that portion of the lung.
