Lack of money

How does one manage high blood pressure if they can afford a doctor?
Are there resources out there?

  1. Hi. Great question. If you are unable to see a doctor, there are steps you can take to help you control your blood pressure -- and reduce your risk for developing things like heart failure. This article here (https://heart-failure.net/prevention) has some basic information on what you can do. Also, if you would like some tips on finding a great doctor to help you manage your health, here is another article you may find helpful (https://heart-failure.net/living/reduced-cost-healthcare). Does this help? John. heart-failure.net community moderator.
