I also have something to add. It's completely natural to feel nervous about fluctuations in your EF levels. However, it may help to know that your EF may fluctuate based on various factors. So, this is why it is a good idea to talk to your cardiologist, who will assess your situation and likely offer advice on whether this is a cause for concern and what steps you could consider if needed.
