Thank you for your question. It is a good one. I have a vague idea of coronary lesions, mainly because my mom was diagnosed with them. Based on my research, I am thinking that coronary lesions is a technical/medical way of describing plaque buildup inside the arteries. A good article describing this is here (https://heart-failure.net/clinical/peripheral-artery-disease-causes). Also, if you are interested in a deeper articles on this subject that explains the different types of coronary lesions (plaque build-up). here is an article that may help (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30969721/#:~:text=Calcified%20lesions%2D%20Vascular%20calcification%20of,involved%20intimal%20and%20medial%20calcification.). Does this help you? What do you think? John. heart-failure.net community moderator.
