Anyone taking AREDS2 vitamine for macula problems
Reason I'm asking is large amounts of vitmaine E, from what I've read, can cause heart problems. The AREDS2 formula contains 180mg's daily. Also 80mg of Zinc. I will ask heart doctor when i see him.
