  2. I felt overwhelmed, scared, and confused when my mother was diagnosed with unexpected heart failure. There are lots of questions that come to my mind at that time and some of them are:

What is the cause of heart failure, and is there any underlying illness that we can treat?
How powerful that heart failure was?
    What are the treatment options?
What to do if symptoms suddenly get worse?
What lifestyle changes are required to her make feel better?
How will this affect daily activities?
What to do to reduce stress and anxiety?

    1. Thanks for sharing your personal situation. What insightful questions! Did you find that your mother's doctor was open to your questions and had helpful/appropriate answers? I hope so. -Lauren (Team member)
