Hi. There are many things we can do to lessen risk and some risks we can prevent and some we can't. It can seem daunting. Here's an article that may help to start: https://heart-failure.net/clinical/improve-heart-health. Is there anything in particular that concerns you?

Hi. This is yet another great question from you. I see you received some really good responses from other members of the community above. I 100% agree with their responses. I see you have asked a lot of questions about heart attacks. Is there a high risk for heart attacks in your family? Is this something that you have had to deal with? Is there anything further you can provide for us. Wishing you all the best. John. heart-failure.net community moderator.

Hi, Really a nice question, we can avoid a heart attack in many ways:
1. By quitting smoke and tobacco.
2. Perform at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.
3. Instead of junk foods try to take healthy food.
4. Take good sleep and avoid stress.
