We have a few articles that that touch on the topic of Right-Sided Heart Failure.
I thought I'd include them here: https://heart-failure.net/clinical/abdominal-swelling and https://heart-failure.net/clinical/types
In addition, I found this article on the American Heart Association site and thought I'd share it in case you haven't seen it: https://professional.heart.org/en/science-news/evaluation-and-management-of-right-sided-heart-failure
I do hope we will be able to provide more information on Right Sided Heart Failure in the near future.

Oh my goodness, I wish I could give you all the reassurances in the world...unfortunately the best I can do is send you tons of positive thoughts in hopes that all will be ok.
Have your reached out to your healthcare provider?
Your healthcare team is much more acquainted with your condition/symptoms and they are more versed to give out reassurances and encouragement on your condition.
Please know I will be keeping you in my thoughts and hope you find the answers (and relief) you are looking for.

Hi Doreen. What a pleasant surprise seeing a reply to my note.
I had a visit with my ICD cardiologist who said it was just a bump in the road and wants to take a wait and see plan for now and that if im going to get anymore bumps in the next 6 weeks then well re access . BUT... that doesnt help my anxiety and sleeplessness im experiencing right now.
I want to sleep so bad .
My BP is all over the place I feel that it does no good to take readings anymore .95/59 hr 59..then 30 seconds and its 117/60 hr61.
Anyway , thanks again Doreen. Btw, where is your home base?
Im in No. California its gloomy rainy and cold .I always get depressed this time of year. but spring is right around the corner. Love Spring!

Lack of sleep and anxiety can certainly take its toll on one's health (including heart health and blood pressure). Perhaps you can reach out to your healthcare provider to see if they can suggest something that may help.
I'm sorry your BP is all over the place...was your cardiologist concerned by these readings?
I will share a recent experience I had that caused much anxiety. My BP readings (as well as heart rate) were all over the place. I was really in panic "mode" (which I'm certain did not help at all). I got in to to see my cardiologist asap and my readings were all fine in her office... She asked me to keep a log for the next few days and report back. When I did they were as bad or worse...I then thought to change the batteries in my monitor... sure enough it made a huge difference in my readings! I can only hope and pray that your situation could be resolved so easily and we can only hope for no more "bumps in the road".
