Need Support With Progressing CHF
When I was at Parkland Hospital in 2015, I got diagnosed with congestive heart failure (CHF). I took meds, I believe. But now, in 2025, I'm on no meds, just laxtex.
I now have small vessel changes in the brain, hypertension, and have had a stroke. I'm not so good now and have been in the hospital. But, it's hard not to have a nurse or help when you need it.
Where do you find support as your CHF progresses?

I would begin by reaching out to your healthcare provider to let them know of these changes and concerns. In addition, there may be resources available (locally), your healthcare team may be able to provide some direction and help.
