Is it like pulmonary hypertension?
ATTR-CM, or transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis, happens when a protein called transthyretin (TTR) breaks down and turns into amyloid. Amyloid can build up in the heart making it harder for the heart to pump effectively. So it's more of a serious heart concern than high blood pressure in the lungs and heart. Does myocardial contractility part of this?

yes. I developed hydrochloroquin toxicity. Diagnosed with sero-positive RA, mixed connective tissue disease since 2012, neuropathy etc. With the toxicity- they are testing everything, thats when it was found. Still testing and see the doctor 12.3. This is the finding: Global longitudinal strain is at the lower limits of normal. As an adjunctive assessment of myocardial function, this strain value may be compatible with early or mild impairment of
myocardial contractility in the setting of preserved EF. Hopefully i recv a better understanding after all of the testing.I'm so glad you are under a doctor's care.
