Struggling Lately – How Do You Guys Manage Your Mental Health?

Lately I’ve been feeling a bit off—some anxiety, low motivation, and just mentally tired. I’m trying the basics like exercise and journaling, but it only helps so much.

What do you do to take care of your mental health, especially when you're feeling stuck? Would love to hear any routines or small things that work for you.

Thanks!

  1. Hi ,
I'm sorry it's been a bit challenging for you lately.
Please know you are not alone. It is quite common to feel scared, angry, or lonely. So many here can relate to the physical and mental toll of living with a chronic condition like HF. I do hope some of our community members will chime in here with their personal experiences.
I believe I responded to a similar post of yours a short while ago and shared a few links that my provide some help. I'm including them again here in case you haven't seen them yet.: https://heart-failure.net/living/anxiety-coping

    1. I just came across this thread and wanted to say I can relate to what Victoria mentioned. Some days feel like you’re just pushing through fog. I’ve also tried the usual things like walking and writing things down, but it’s not always enough. I’ve found that even small things like sticking to a regular sleep schedule or taking short breaks from screens help a little. It’s also comforting to read through posts like these and know others are going through similar things.
