Haven’t had a holiday for 14 years but not heart failure lack of money

Just to clarify, some define a "Holiday" as time-off or rather a vacation, while others (mostly Americans) refer to a "Holiday as" a celebratory day (i.e. Christmas, Easter or perhaps Thanksgiving).
I imagine you are referring to not taking a vacation in 14 years? If so, I'm saddened to hear this. Everyone needs (and deserves) some time away just to rest and recharge. I hope you can find that time soon.
