VENT: How are you doing? - Really.

Life with a chronic condition, like heart failure, has its challenges and frustrations - that is no secret. Sometimes it is helpful to talk about those frustrations or upsetting times and not keep them inside.

Whether you live with heart failure or are advocating for someone with the condition, it's essential to connect with others who understand the challenges and frustrations you may be facing.

So, share away! This is a safe space to vent about what's happening with you! How are you doing?
