CHF 2021

In March 2021, I was rushed to the hospital with a blood pressure of 230/120. After multiple tests and 3.5 days of working to lower it, I was diagnosed with CHF. Four years later, in 2025, an echocardiogram and cardiac CT scan showed mild stenosis in the RCA, LAD, and left circumflex arteries. Lately, I’ve been experiencing more shortness of breath, increased fatigue, and fluid retention. My doctor has increased my Lasix to twice a day and started me on Lipitor at night. I have a follow-up this Friday to discuss the plan of attack.

  1. I'm so glad to hear that you have an appointment tomorrow to figure out a plan. Has the increased lasix help with your symptoms? Please let us know how you make out after your appointment. -Lauren (team member)
