Living Strong with Heart Challenges
I take a nitro pill if I have chest pain, and if I need a third one, I call an ambulance. Sometimes it happens where I can’t breathe, and I’ve had to call for help. I have heart failure, along with a pacemaker and a defibrillator, which have helped. I also go to cardiac rehab to strengthen my heart, and it’s been beneficial.
