What do you do when you feel short of breath?

      That's understandable. Although it's easier said than done, trying to stay calm and focused may be helpful.
      There are some great suggestions in this thread that you my want to try. In addition, you may want to reach out to your healthcare provider to discuss specific ways you can manage these frightening episodes.

    1. stop sit down and think of breathing through nose and exhale through mouth
