phantom chest pain

I have alarming chest pains but they now never find anything by the time I get to doctors

  1. That sounds very frustrating! When you go to the emergency room or see the doctor, do they run diagnostic tests? Even if they are reluctant, you can ask for these tests. Another thing you can do is keep track of your heart health as best as you can, perhaps by using a fitness tracker or smart watch that will monitor and keep track of heart rate, (sometimes) blood pressure, and other metrics that may be useful to the doctor. Keeping a daily journal on paper of your heart rate may be another way to give the doctor information, if the symptoms have eased by the time to get to see him. All the best, Kathy (Team member)
