Question
3 years ago my heart Doctor put me on 2 tablets a day on Spironolactone. Worked fine for about 3 months ago. Now at times I can go pee without no problem then at times I feel like I can not seem to empty it. Feel like there is lots there but it only dribbles out. I see my Doctor next week should I tell my Doctor about my problem
Hi there and thanks for posting this question here. I'm sure you aren't the only community member having this experience.
First, I would say that it's best to be upfront with your doctor and share all of the information you have. More information will allow your doctor to make the best decision on your medications and treatment plan.
Secondly, I would add that you should bring up your inability to empty your bladder so they could figure out what is causing this to happen (sometimes this can happen to older men).
